Better than Popeyes?

Grilled Chicken Sandwiches

This is such an easy dish to make, especially if you don’t know how to fry chicken, because its grilled!

Recipe

Ingredients:

1 pack of Brioche Buns( or any kind of your choice, I get mine from Trader Joes)

2 chicken breasts ( will feed 4-5 people)

1 cup of Dill pickles ( I use the organic dill pickles from Trader Joes)

2 cup of purple/ mixed cabbage

1/4 cup of mayo

1/4 cup of sriracha

1 cup of aged white cheddar cheese

1 tsp of salt

1 tsp of pepper

3 T of Tony Chachere's

(any other toppings I haven't added are optional )

Instructions:

Don’t forget to wash your hands, and your veggies! Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. In skillet pour oil into a pan, just enough to line the pan. Take out your chicken breasts, cut them into smaller chunks, and sprinkle some Tony Chachere's on them, to give them flavor. Then, turn the stove on medium-high heat. While the stove is heating up , take out your pack of Brioche Buns, and put them on the pan so they are ready to get toasty in the oven! Put them in the oven for about 5-7 minutes to get toasty ( this is the time when you can add your cheese to your sammie if you want). At this time, we are going to make the spicy aioli! Grab a bowl, put the mayo and the sriracha in the bowl, and mix ( you're welcome to add paprika or more sriracha if it isn't hot enough for you). When the pan is hot enough, put the chicken in the oil and let them cook till they look grilled. If the chicken was in your skin, don’t forget to clean your sink afterwards! Your chicken should take about 6-7 minutes on each side to cook. Take you buns out of the oven at this time, and your chicken out of the pan. Grab your favorite plate, then grab the bottom of the bun and place it on the plate. Put some of your spicy sauce on the bottom of the bun, on top of the cheese. Then place your cabbage on ( or lettuce of your choice), then the pickles, then the chicken. Then lather some more sauce on the top of the bun and squish it on the rest of the creation! There ya go, a spicy grilled chicken sammie! Voilà!

Insider:

This is an amazing recipe, I love to make these about two- three times a month! It is super easy, and super delicious! It doesn't take a lot of skills to make, that's why I love it, because you can add more ingredients or take away to your sandwich!
