Forget About It Bread



The ultimate quick and easy bread recipe that will satisfy your hunger and excite your friends and family!






Crispy on the outside and warm and pillow-like on the inside!





Recipe



Ingredients:


3 cups of all purpose flour (or bread flour)

2 tsp of instant yeast

1 1/2 tsp of salt

1 1/2 cups of warm water



Instructions:



First off, wash your hands, and your workspace. Let's get started ! In a large bowl, combine 3 cups of all purpose flour with 2 tsp of instant yeast. Then mix well. Next, add 1 1/2 tsp of salt and 1 1/2 cups of warm water. Mix , mix , mix! Cover it and let it rise for 2-3 hours. This is where you "forget " about the bread, and go about doing some fun things in the meantime!


Preheat your oven to 446 degrees Fahrenheit. After 2-3 hours dust your counter with flour and start to fold the dough a couple times until it forms into a ball. Then, place the ball onto some parchment paper , then into a dutch oven , or an oven safety pot, with the lid on. Leave the pot with the lid on in the oven for 30 minutes covered. Then , after 30 minutes take the top off, and bake for an additional 12 minutes uncovered. Then you will be all done!
